is it enough to do fitness exercises every other day (it takes one hour) during sedentary life style?

unless youre weightlifting or trying to build muscle, if you mean sports just to stay fit, then more is better. 5/6 times a week is very good. the more you get into it and the more often you do it, the faster you will notice results and feel/look better and fitter.
