I have moved and due to the fact that I have a new job now, I cant do so much sport. Before, I played basketball 3 times a week and went to gym twice.
Do you know good exercises to stay and shape, train all muscle groups and still have a well defined body, without barbells. I am looking forward for your links and answers.

Sounds like you mean primarily upper-body, so I’ll skip walking, running, etc. Push-ups (with your feet up the stairs if you are already pumped), pull-ups, sit-ups or crunchers, etc., are some obvious starters. Check out some military exercise manuals, they provide a lot options for “unassisted” exercise.
