Can any healthy young male reach any level of fitness with enough training?

By any I mean any of “average” build (say ~6ft ~11-15stone)
By healthy I mean with no disabilities of terminal illnesses or whatever.
By young I mean less than 25 ish.

Obviously not everyone could win world records for speed etc… but I think things like marathons should be achievable for anyone?

yeah with enough work everything is possible how do you think the best do it?
