Anyone can lose weight at any age. It just gets harder as you get older, but I’m sure you can do it.

Yes, it’s possible at any age. Why wouldn’t it be?? It might be harder because of age but it’s completly possible.

Belly fat usually comes with middle age and is caused by insulin insensitivity. Google “Metabolic Syndrome” or “Syndrome X.” This is caused by eating things that spike your blood sugar. Stop eating these things and watch your belly fat start to diminish. Google “Glycemic Index” or “Glycemic Load” to find out more about what these foods might be. Check out the Healthy for Life program and other links below for more information. The bottom line is that you can do it. It just takes the knowledge and motivation to get there.

It’s not impossible. My dad is over 50 and he lost his beer weight by eating right and doing regular exercises. You should be determined if you want to lose that weight though.
