Question by Ashley S: what kind of exercise equipment is good?
i am overweight and needing to exercise on a regular basis. i due have joint problems that prevent me from doing alot, i also work 12 hr shifts. i stay tired but I need to exercise daily. gonna start after the holidays. should i get an eliptical or stationary bike or recumbent bike? is a bike enough to burn calories and help to lose weight when combined with diet?

It only works if you do the work.
Using your exercise bike as a clothes hanger wont do you any good.
Why not try exercise dvd`s? Leslie Sansone has indoor walking programs that are really good and easy on your joints.
Im currently using the ten minute trainer program by beachbody.com.
I love that the workouts are only 10 minutes long but very effective.
