How do I improve my cardio vascular fitness/endurance level? Any supplement can help?

i wouldnt reccomend any supplements, just increase ur workout duration and ur speed

any supplement/medication that raises your cardio rate is BAD BAD BAD.

it would stress your system unnaturally.

Stick to the sweat and huff method. Run,jog, etc.

no supplement can help you. Only thing that can help you is yourself. If your not mentally capable of doing this with out supplements. Then i suggest you do something else because your wasting your own time. Only thing that gets it is your feet on the pavement wood dirt tread mill anything else that can help. If that doesn’t help don’t try. Its simple increase how much you run every 2-3 weeks . Its as simple as that. Have a nice day.

I was told that there’s a new product by a company named BodyWell Nutrition that is stimulant free and sugar free and excellent for endurance but I haven’t tried it yet to be honest with you. Sometime these supplements are too good to be true..but I will give it a shot

endurance is a combination of many things, one of which is the ability of your muscles to continue to “fire”…the latest supplement out there to improve muscle firing is beta-alanine….evidently when combined with other supps it works very well…someone earlier mentioned bodywell…they make a product called first order..kicks ****..take it once..you’ll know..
