Cheating on a diet while training for fitness competition?

i’m training for a competition in May and I’m on a really strict diet. The workouts are rough but that is not the problem, I am having a hard time sticking very striclty to this diet. I’m not cheating on the diet horribly just a bite of something here and there…will this really affect my result?

not if you only do this once and awhile if your taking breaks to order pizza then that might throw things off a bit =3 just stick to it as much as you can and its ok to take a break from it, only occasionally though
