fitness training
somebody asked:

Having been physically inactive for many years I have decided to go abroad and do some intensive fitness training to rebuild my body.

I was wondering wearger places with hot weather would have a negative affect on my training e.g. thailand? Might it be better to go somewhere cooler or colder?

i prefer you winter….Its too good to exercise in winter season.

because the lesser you sweat the more you exercise.

If the A/C is off in our gym, I actually like it. I sweat a lot more and just feel like i had a better workout. Drink lots of water though. You don’t need heat stroke while trying to rebuild your body.
