How to Get Skinny Fast and Easy…  Use a walking program.

Ok, first off. If you walk on a treadmill that’s flat or outdoors on a flat surface. STOP! Just stop wasting your time. At best, that’s good for weight maintenance. It does very little for FAST weight loss. Instead, you have 2 options for walking. First, walk on an inclined treadmill. Move the treadmill to an incline angle of around 20 degree and walk on it for 20-25 minutes. Do this 4 days a week.

That’s only an hour and a half of your time out of 168 hours in the week. So it’s about 1% of your total time. If your health and weight mean anything to you, then you’d do it and at the very least try it out for 2 weeks to see if it works… IT WILL.

Second option is to walk up and down some stairs in your house or in the building you live at. Do this for 10 minutes non-stop. Quite simple, but simple isn’t always easy. You’ll love the results from this exercise. But you may hate doing it. Do this 5-6 days a week. That’s an hour or less each week.

I found that drinking tea helped me reduce weight and lowered my heart rate big time. I love coffee but when the heart rate gets too fast, I switch to tea and within a week, the heart rate lowers by 15 or more beats per min.
